for removal from green sand

Multi-purpose release agent particularly suitable for removal from green sand. However, ACMOS 118-76 also demonstrates its excellent properties in CO2, BETA-SET, COLD-BOX and similar processes.
ACMOS 118-76

Specially developed for removal from green sand. The release agent film is extremely adhesive, highly resistant to heat and moisture and has sliding properties, so that sand adhesion is largely prevented.
The mouldings retain their sharp contours.
ACMOS 118-222

for removal from cold-hardening sands (Alphaset, Betaset, CO2, Cold-Box, furan and phenolic resin and other processes)

Particularly suitable for furan and phenolic resin-bonded sands in moulding and core-making shops.
ACMOS 118-22 is a wax-based release agent. It forms a tough, but flexible parting film.
Does not contain any chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Special release agent for all cold-hardening processes, in particular for COLD-BOX, CO2, BETA-SET, RED-SET and similar processes. ACMOS 118-63 has already demonstrated its excellent parting
properties in practice thanks to the combination of active substances in this special product. Repeated ejections are possible even under extremely unfavourable conditions.

Multi-purpose release agent for core and mould production, which is particularly suitable for ejection from green sand. ACMOS 118-76 also demonstrates its excellent properties in CO2, BETA-SET, COLD-BOX and similar processes.
ACMOS 118-76

Suitable for all cold-hardening sands in moulding and shops, e.g. for furan resin, phenolic resin, COLD-BOX, CO2 and similar processes. It is particularly suitable for older wooden patterns, the surface
of which is smoothed by the paint-type parting film. ACMOS 118-92 is an aluminium-pigmented wax dispersion.

for removal from hot-hardening sands (CRONING process, HOT-BOX process, etc.)

Water-miscible release agent, which as an emulsion with a special combination of active substances is particularly suitable for CRONING, HOT-BOX, COLD-BOX-PLUS and similar processes.
It can be used undiluted in the "as delivered" condition or mixed in water in a ratio up to about 1:100.

Water-miscible release agent, which as an emulsion with a special combination of active substances is particularly suitable for CRONING, HOT-BOX, COLD-BOX-PLUS, RED-SET and similar processes.
The mould temperature should be at least 50 °C.

for removal of precision castings (SHAW process, UNICAST process)

Special release agent for all cold-hardening processes such as COLD-BOX, CO2, BETA-SET, RED-SET and similar processes. Thanks to the special active substance combination of this special product has already demonstrated its excellent parting properties in practice. Several ejections are usually possible even under extremely unfavourable conditions.

Multi-purpose agent for core and mould production, which is particularly suitable for removal from green sand. ACMOS 118-76 also demonstrates its excellent properties in CO2, BETA-SET, COLD-BOX and similar processes.

Liquid, sprayable release agent with an excellent separating effect and long mould life.
