ACMOS release agents
for the rubber industry
| The following collection should be used for initial trials and recommendations. |
| Release Agents containing silicone |
| Emulsions of highviscid silicone-oils. Dilutable with water 1 : 5 / 1 : 10 waterhardness: not to exceed 7°dH. Universally applicable Release Agent for nearly all purviews in handling rubber. Especially suitable for difficult geometries, good sliding abilities, vulcanisation temperature 180°C. ACMOSIL 10-501 |
| Emulsion of silicone-resin. Very good for production of toothbelts. Can be post painted. Multiple demoulding possible. Dilutable until 1 : 30 with water. Waterhardness: with a maximum of 7°dH. ACMOSIL 10-5877 |
| Silicone-free Release Agents |
| Dilutable to 1 : 100 with water. Production of rubbermats. Temperature resistant up to 180°C. ACMOSIL 10-62 |
| Emulsion of silicones which can be post painted. Dilutable with water until 1 : 15 . Waterhardness: until a maximum of 7°dH. Very good for post-processing. Release Agent remainders can be removed by using water. The Release Agent passes the VW-paint-test. ACMOSIL 10-5802 |
| Silicone-free concentrate. Dilutable until 1 : 5 with water. Very good sliding abilities and post-processing. ACMOSIL 10-5805 |
Semi-permanent Release Agent |
| Waterbased, containing a silicone-resin. Multiple demoulding in relation to the release-conditions. Can be used between 60°-200°C. Very good post treatment abilities. ACMOS 10-5090 |
