Release Agents for Thermoplastics
Thermoplastic can be deformed in a defined temperature range. Different methods are suitable for processing:
- Extrusion
- Injection moulding
- Rotational moulding
- Deep drawing
- Fibre spinning
In some of these manufacturing processes, such as injection moulding and deep drawing, external release agents are used as separating aid. ACMOS has developed appropriate products that are tailored to the specific properties of the common types of plastics. We offer these release agents as dispersions in containers or ready-to-use in spray cans.
